The Outlaw Code

Article I.
Establishment of the Code

This document may not be refuted by any recruit, kinsperson, officer, leader or founder except under exceptional circumstances;
Such circumstances may only be determined and validated by the leader or the founder and the approval of at least one half of the officers;
This document guarantees the rights and equalities of the Breeland Outlaws and it's members.

Article II.
Member Rights and Responsibilities

All members shall be free of any discrimination based on gender, lifestyle, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality, disability, or any other forms of prejudice;
Any members found to be violating Article II, Sub-Section 1 will be reprimanded and may be ejected from the Breeland Outlaws;
Only the Leader or Founder may eject a kinsperson from the Breeland Outlaws;
Recruits may be ejected by Officers;
If an Officer ejects a kinsperson, they will be demoted and may be ejected from the Breeland Outlaws;
All members must obey those of higher ranks, unless they feel that the Outlaw Code is being violated.

Article III.
Rank Powers

Recruits shall represent the lowest rank and are not obligated to support or become involved with the Breeland Outlaws, however they will receive no benefits and may not vote or weigh in on Kinship issues;
Kinspersons are normal members and receive all the benefits of the Outlaw Code and may vote and weigh in on all Kinship issues;
Officers shall enforce rules and regulations and mediate disputes in the absence of the Leader or Founder, and members are subservient to them;
The Successor will act as a second-in-command and will assume the role of Leader when the Leader is not present;
The Leader is the highest ranked member and is in charge of organizing, maintaining and tending to the needs of the Kinship.

The Outlaw Code is a constant work in progress and may be amended and updated as time goes on. If you wish to propose an amendment or addition to the code, create a new thread with your request and it will be deliberated by the Officers and Leader. If they approve it, then it will be put to vote and at least 50% of the members (minus the recruits) must vote for it to pass.
